As of the census of 2010, there were 41,202 people, 17,354 households, and 10,329 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,153.8 inhabitants per square mile. There were 19,318 housing units at an average density of 1,009.8 per square mile. The racial makeup of the city was 91.2% white, 2.2% african american, 0.3% native american, 2.5% asian, 1.7% from other races, and 2.1% from two or more races. Hispanic or latino of any race were 5.7% of the population.
