The founder of Locknow Safety, Randy Dougherty, is a longtime school administrator and school protection officer with over 29 years of experience. He developed the Locknow Safety App to help protect his own school district. He has expertise in overseeing facility safety, teaching facility safety practices and crisis communication. He is a certified instructor and provides safety training and guidance for churches, schools, and businesses.
