About Juneau

The city and borough of juneau ( joo-noh ; tlingit: dznti ks second most populous metropolitan area, with roughly 100,000 residents. Juneauaakh wind, which occasionally blows down from the mountains. According to the united states census bureau, the borough has an area of 3,255 square miles, making it the third-largest municipality in the united states by area is water. Juneau first appeared on the 1890 u.s. Census. It formally incorporated in 1900.
