Ann arbor is about 35 miles. As of the 2010 u.s. Census, there were 113,934 people, 20,502 families, and 47,060 households residing in the city. The population density was 4,093.9 people per square mile, 7.7% black or african american, 0.3% native american, 14.4% asian, 0.0% native hawaiian or pacific islander, 1.0% from other races, and 3.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or latino residents of any race made up 4.1% of the population. Ann arbor has a small population of arab americans, including students as well as local lebanese and palestinians.
